**ABOUT THE COMPANY**

Our client is a well-known women's e-commerce brand that offers cutting-edge solutions to clients in Australia and the Asia Pacific region. In order to accomplish their company goals and stay committed to providing excellent client experiences, they are seeking a highly qualified E-commerce cum Administrative Assistant to join a small and agile team.

**ABOUT THE JOB**

**E-commerce**:

- Responsible to work closely with key personnel from online platforms to develop the ideal marketing strategy on the platform.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Other related ad-hoc duties assigned.
- Coordination of packing & arrangement on the shipment base on our Logistics;
- Maintaining all the SKUs product description on the e-commerce platform;
- Assistance with price adjustments / promotion deals on e-commerce platform

**Admin**:

- Manage the work process and allocate assignment to other regulatory employees.
- Respond to inquiries for all kinds of information related to the organisation.
- Provide assistance with other administrative and clerical duties which include scanning, mailing, and copying to management.
- Maintain office supplies, check inventory and request office items whenever required.
- Maintain office policies and procedures.
- Supervise, organise and maintain files and databases in a confidential manner.
- Coordinate the maintenance and repair of office equipment

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Business Administration or similar field.
- Proven 2-year experience of working as an Admin Assistant, Staff Assistant or similar role. **Strong knowledge of office management procedures and systems.**:

- Expertise in efficient operation standard office equipment.
- Proficient with MacBook will be added advantage.
- Working knowledge of general bookkeeping
- Ability to analyse and operate workplace practices to enhance productivity.
- Strong verbal and nonverbal communication skills.
- Good problem solver.
- Excellent time management skills. **Strong organisational skills.**:

- Ability to multi-task and prioritise day to day tasks.
- Ability to work individually or in team
- Attention to detail.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 per month
