**Job Summary**:
Project Manager, Logistic is responsible for determining and managing strategies to drive new development opportunities to the market, the overall planning and development of various types of mixed development projects, and the general management of these projects

Duties/Responsibilities:

- Performing market research to identify areas where new developments can be
profitably built or existing developments can be improved.
- Conducting feasibility studies to determine if a project is financially viable and identifying potential problems in the design or engineering phase of construction.
- Working with banks to obtain financing for a development project, including obtaining appraisals for property purchases.
- Identifying available land for development and negotiating purchases with owners of property
- Hiring architects, engineers, contractors, and other professionals to design Fabrication Containers
- Managing the containers process to ensure that projects meet deadlines and budgets.
- Coordinating with architects and engineers during construction to ensure that design meet local codes and regulations
- Negotiating contacts with vendors, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to obtain the best possible price.
- Leading the marketing/sales effort to maximise sales revenue/yield.
- Negotiating leases with tenants to rent space in buildings being developed.
- Other duties as may be assigned by management.

**Required Skills/Abilities**:

- An understanding and solid grasp of financial information; projections for financiers will have to be produced to update them on costs and investment capital provisions.
- Flexibility and the ability to work on a range of different projects.
- An ability to work and function in high pressure environments.
- Excellent communication and managerial skills.
- Marketing and sales skills.
- Project management skills including an ability to evaluate a variety of factors.
- A keen knowledge of costs and the ability to monitor and control expense.
- Willingness to work long hours, both in the office and on-site.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Autocad or related software.

**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience with Logistic/ property and Construction

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Shah Alam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Project Management: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
- Bahasa (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Six Sigma (preferred)
