**Responsibilities**:
Key Responsibilities- Regularly monitor Field operation and network or workforce management performance and generate performance reports related to management, for internal or external customers.
- Responsible for the analysis of field operation problems to identify the root causes and recommend corrective actions.
- Responsible for identifying areas of improvement and concerns in daily field service operation, operational areas and providing appropriate strategies to resolve them.
- Undertake research and collect data to better analyze outcomes.
- Responsible for developing presentations for internal management and customer as needed.
- Appraise and recommend improvements to current field operation programs.
- Work with Tools PIC for further enhanced/optimized/modernized tool/app on dashboard reporting or related to improve efficiency.

Key Requirements:
- Years of experience: 2-5 years in the Telecommunication field
- Qualifications: Degree in Electrical Engineering/Electronics/Telecommunication Engineering
- Good experience in performance reporting, data analysis, data visualization, or presentation. Operation and maintenance of telecom site experience is an added advantage.
- Good in Microsoft excel with data modeling, visualization, and Microsoft Powerpoint
- Knowledge in 5G network will be added advantageous
- Experience in handling many data sources to analyze and correlate effectively and visualize in dashboard or reporting.
- Good organizational, computer, interpersonal, and communication skills.
