**Location**:_Sandakan, Sabah_
- Serve as the **key liaison** between **headquarters and branches** within the assigned region, conducting regular visits and engaging with store management.
- **Ensure all branch operations** are aligned with company policies, standards, and performance expectations.
- **Set and manage regional sales targets and KPIs**, including sales target achievement, average transaction value (ATV), units per transaction (UPT), average selling price (ASP), footfall, and conversion rates.
- Oversee and **maintain consistency**in **marketing efforts** and **promotional activities**across all stores.
- **Analyze branch performance** and **provide strategic recommendations** to senior management to enhance customer experience, increase market share, and drive overall growth.
- **Monitor and support each store** in delivering high standards of service and customer satisfaction.
**Job Requirements**:
- Prefer **District Manager, Area Manager, or Multi-Store Manager** experience.
- Background in **retail sales**, particularly within industries such as **fashion, footwear, pharmaceuticals, home & living retail chains, franchised retail.**:
- **Passionate** about the brand and committed to going the extra mile.
- **Willing to travel frequently** as part of daily responsibilities.
- **Adaptable to changes** in business operations and retail demands.
- Strong **verbal** and **written** business communication.
- Solid **analytical thinking**and **problem-solving** abilities.
- Effective **time management** and **organizational skills.**:
- Proven **leadership** qualities and confident decision-making capability.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
