**Position : System Support Executive (Field IT Support Team)**
**Working Location : Kepong, Kuala Lumpur**
**Working hour : 9am - 6pm**
**Salary: up to RM6000**
**Job Scope**
- This role's primary responsibilities are to support the department in installing machines at the client site and servicing faulty hardware.
- Hardware preparation, verification, delivery, and installation for POS operation system implementation.
- Provide online or onsite support services to clients in order to test and diagnose hardware and network issues or malfunctions.
- Provide services for customer image data implementations as required from time to time.
- Check, respond and resolve tasks from the ticketing system.
- Any ad hoc tasks assigned from time to time by management.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum Diploma level education in Computer & IT, or relevant fields.
- Basic understanding of IT hardware and software.
- Having own transport and a GDL license is an added advantage.
- Willing to travel outstation when required.
- Able to take initiative, be proactive at work, and independent in problem-solving.
- Able to multitask and commit to meeting deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and be a good team player.
- Good communication skills and ability to maintain good relationships with all stakeholders.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to RM6,000.00 per month
