El Experto de servicios al huésped estará siempre en marcha (se pone de pie, se sienta, anda durante largos ratos, pasa por áreas estrechas, confinadas, o espacios elevados igual que sube o baja las escaleras y/o rampas de servicio); tomando un papel activo, (se debe poder moverse, levantar, empujar, tirar, y colocar objetos sin ayuda que pesen menos o igual a 50 libras y 100 libras con ayuda; llegar arriba y debajo de las rodillas, flexionar, torcer, tirar y agachar). Haciendo todas las tareas de la mejor manera (y otras tareas razonables solicitadas), es crítico que los Expertos de servicio al huésped hagan bien las cosas para los huéspedes y el negocio cada vez.

Educación: Título de estudios secundarios o certificado equivalente de un programa de Desarrollo de Educación General (General Educational Development, GED).
