Portmeirion Asia is an official distributor for one of the big brand in household namely Portmeirion. It is a kitchenware items that originally imported from England. We are actively expanding our business with 2 outlets in Klang Valley and more than 5 counters in Parkson.

To strengthen our online presence and captivate our audience, we are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Content Creator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills, shape our brand's identity, and drive our social media strategy forward.

**Content Creator Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute innovative content strategies for our social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Create visually appealing and engaging content, including images, videos, GIFs, infographics, and other multimedia assets, that aligns with our brand's tone, voice, and visual identity.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and creative teams to ideate, plan, and execute content campaigns and initiatives that align with business goals and target audience preferences.
- Do live host on our social media to promote our product such as tiktok, instagram.
- Utilize social media management tools to schedule, publish, and monitor content performance, making data-driven adjustments and optimizations as needed.
- Engage with our social media community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor social media conversations, track brand mentions, and proactively manage the company's online reputation.
- Stay updated on emerging social media platforms, features, and trends, recommending and implementing new strategies to reach and engage our target audience.
- Collaborate with influencers, brand ambassadors, and other external partners to amplify our social media reach and enhance brand visibility.

**Content Creator Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as a Social Media Content Creator or similar role, with a portfolio showcasing your content creation skills.
- Excellent command of written and visual communication, with a strong understanding of storytelling, branding, and copywriting for social media.
- Knowledge of current social media trends, algorithms, and best practices across various platforms.
- Strong listening and communication skills.
- The capacity to work independently and collaboratively.

Working Hour
Mon-Sat (9 am - 6 pm)/ Can discuss work schedule for arrangement
Location: Presint 15, Putrajaya

**Job Type**: Internship

Pay: RM1,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Early shift
- Evening shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Putrajaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
