We are looking for a **Part-Time Clerk** to support our daily administrative and office operations. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and looking to gain experience in a professional engineering office environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform general **clerical and administrative tasks**, such as filing, data entry, scanning, and document management.
- Prepare and organize **project documents, quotations, and reports**.
- Assist in maintaining accurate **records and databases**.
- Support engineers and management staff with **basic office coordination tasks**.
- Manage **inventory of office supplies** and assist with procurement when needed.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned to ensure smooth office operations.

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum SPM / Diploma** in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- **Proficient in Microsoft Office** (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good **organizational and communication skills**.
- Ability to work **independently** with mínimal supervision.
- **Attention to detail** and accuracy in completing tasks.
- **Fresh graduates are welcome to apply** — training will be provided.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: RM1,000.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 6 per week
