**Role & Responsibilities**
- Responsible for overall production activities and meeting quality, productivity, yield target.
- Ensure all products are planned and manufactured in a safe and efficient manner, taking into consideration all relevant laws and regulations.
- To liaise with various department to resolve quality problem, customer requirements, meet delivery dates, effective and efficient productivity and strive for continuous improvements.
- To assist in implementation of efficient methods of maintaining new equipment and to improve the useful life of plant, equipments and machineries.
- To review the operation of plant equipment and system constantly to minimize unplanned downtime, to solve problems in a timely manner and to identify opportunity for improvement.
- To train, develop, motivate, retain and encourage the employees to improve current job efficiency to achieve company's goals and objectives.
- Maintaining GMP/housekeeping at a high level within department through the involvement of all team members.
- To recommends improvements of facilities, equipments or procedures to improve safety, quality and efficiency.
- To ensure company's production and safety rules and regulations being followed.
- To solve any issues that may arise with the production line and trouble shooting when the issues occur.

**Requirements**:

- Degree/Diploma in Food Technology/Business/Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of working experience in a similar capacity preferably from food manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge in GMP, HACCP, FSSC22000 will be an added advantage.
- Possess excellent problem solving, organizational skills and attention to details and accuracy.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,239.02 - RM6,971.38 per month
