**Key Responsibilities**

Clerical & Documentation

Assist in preparing, filing, and maintaining company records, documents, and reports.

Perform data entry and ensure accuracy in records.

Support in scanning, photocopying, and organizing documents.

Office Coordination

Assist in coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes when required.

Support to Admin & Other Departments

Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and service providers when necessary.

Support HR or Finance teams with simple administrative tasks if needed.

Other Duties

Participate in ad-hoc projects assigned by the supervisor.

Maintain confidentiality of company documents and information.
