We are looking for an Assistant Digital & CRM Manager to focus on digital marketing and CRM, to develop and implement our digital strategy supporting our key brands and business objectives.

**A day in the life of...**:

- Develop, update and execute local digital strategy in alignment with global digital roadmap (including social media and crisis management)
- Develop and build digital roadmap for the company and key brands.
- Drive digital marketing to support e-commerce and strengthen the e-business proposition.
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence
- Work closely with brand marketing and sales to get their input for digital opportunities
- Maximize business value by using digital to drive cross functional (Marketing, Sales, CCSD, Corporate Communications, Consumer Service) collaboration, sharing and where appropriate integration
- Direct consumer interaction through realtime interactions (CRM, social media platforms, etc.)
- Manage and refine/improve the consumer CRM/CEM program based on basic research and consumer expectations.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Delivery and execution of digital best practices and frameworks (via training, online sharing platforms and other means)
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
- Selecting and Managing key partners, agencies, suppliers and platforms against digital plan

**What will make you successful**:

- Strong Digital & Social Marketing expertise with solid experience in Marketing, Social Media and/or eCommerce.
- Ability to analyse, interpret and react to real time trends and data
- Demonstrated success in a number of challenging and diverse business situations and in delivering complex digital marketing projects.
- Strategic vision on digital brand development
- Good Internet & social platforms technical and functional knowledge
- Experience in managing signals to interpret and react (real time analysis of trends and data, filtering, listening, adaptive - shorter lead times based on dynamic environmental changes)
- Project management skills
- Strong relationship management skills and ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams
