Quality Assistant/final Inspector

Education: SPM/STPM/Diploma. Welcoming fresh graduates. No experience needed.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- **Training**
- Handles record-keeping for division personnel.
- Review and endorse training evaluation form.
- Forwards copies of certifications to the Quality Assurance Manager, retains copies at Division.
- Trains, indoctrinates, test and certifies Division QC Inspectors on QA Criteria.
- Assures personnel training is implemented at the Division; interfaces as needed with the Division manager.
- **Additional Duties**
- Ensure laboratory facility and environmental requirements are provided and maintained.
- Interface as necessary with the Quality Director concerning environment requirements and obtaining approved departures from established requirements.
- Review and approve procedure departure prior to submitting to Quality Director for release approval. Ensure that approved and released departures are implemented according to the approved departure process.
- Notify the Quality Director of requests to add new vendors to the AVL as well as informing the QA Director when AVL needs to be downgraded.
- Approved purchases of calibration for MPC instruments, materials and services that effect the quality of the calibration.
- Assures that subcontracted service does not invalidate any specific customer contractual requirement.
- Ensures contract review records are maintained,filed, stored and held secure at the Division.
- Interfaces as necessary with Quality Director to resolve quality issues pertaining to contract review.
- Performs formal contract review and signing contract review record.
- Interface as needed on inspection-related requirements
- Ensure receiving inspection completed accurately
- Ensure final inspection completed accurately.
- Assures annual repeatability study is performed of major test instruments and maintains repeatability study records
- Monitoring and implementing requirements contained in the Quality Manual and Calibration System Description at the division.
- Maintaining active Quality Plan For Discussion at Management Review meetings.
- Reporting on the overall effectiveness of the Quality Program at the Division review meeting
- Maintaining current Master Document List.
- Assure that only current on-line and hard copy Quality Manual and CSD documents are available at points of use.
- Identifies and periodically reviews all quality procedures and documents pertinent to their department.
- Interface with Quality Director during the Work Instruction review process to ensure consistency with CSD and QM requirements.
- Taking necessary precautions to ensure that requestor of customer proprietary or confidential information is entitled to receive such information.
- Implementing adequate controls of Quality Records at Division and keeping an update Quality Record List.
- Participate in audits and respond to deficiencies, monitor corrective actions, verify effectiveness of corrective action.
- Corrective Action Reports
- Ensure CAR is done in timely fashion.
- Complete and maintain CAR.
- Address CAR and Complaints by customer.
- Retains copies of correspondence.
- Verification of closed CARs.
- Preventative Action Proposals
- Interface on PAPs that involve expenditures not covered in Divisional budget.
- Overall responsibility for PAP process at the division level.
- Initial evaluation of PAP
- Renew and approved solutions, establish responsible persons
- Maintains file copy of PAP;PAP log
- Select person to perform independent follow-up verifications.
- Assures division PAPs are handled within specified time frames.

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
