**What you’ll do**:
Channel Governance
Ensure a good communication channel between business teams
Plan, set up, and maintain workflows to facilitate better request intake from business teams
Maintain an internal resource library with updated playbooks and resources for the partnerships and affiliate team
Monitoring, analyzing, and organizing different affiliate programs.
Compile marketing promotion information to P&A Managers, Affiliates, and Networks across various markets via newsletters or other communication channels.
Operational Excellence
Take charge of the communication channel with affiliates and attend promptly to inquiries that may include reactivation of accounts, troubleshooting, etc
Ensure smooth completion of the monthly payment settlement
Collaborate with the technical team to oversee, manage, and optimize the Affiliate Portal, including improving effectiveness reporting, developing advertising tools, and optimizing payment processes.
Updating monthly meeting content, and collecting data and feedback.
Be the go-to person for all operational matters within the partnerships and affiliate team
Analytics
Continuously create and enhance the data dashboards by working with different teams for feedback and requests
Work with analytics to set up frameworks for the evaluation of campaigns
Launch analytics projects and experiments
**What you’ll need**:
Bachelor’s degree
At least 2 years of experience in operations, workflow planning and management
Good oral and written communication skills in English
Good organization and communication skills
A start-up attitude - highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude that’s not afraid to work independently when required
Team Player with the ability to work across a matrix environment in a fast-paced environment and constantly evolving environment
This role will be based in Malaysia
