**About the Role**:
We are looking for a responsible and dedicated Veterinary Assistant to join our team. This role involves working closely with dogs and cats, supporting the veterinary team in daily clinical operations, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for both patients and staff.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Daily cleaning and disinfecting of kennels, cages, consultation rooms, and the clinic environment.
- Handling, restraining, and assisting with the care of cats and dogs of various sizes and temperaments.
- Assisting the veterinary team during consultations, procedures, and treatments.
- Monitoring patients and ensuring their comfort and safety.
- Feeding and providing fresh water to inpatients and boarders.
- Helping with clinic cleanliness, waste disposal, and laundry.
- Supporting reception or other clinic duties when needed.

**Requirements**:

- Comfortable and confident working closely with animals (especially cats and dogs).
- Physically fit and able to handle cleaning, lifting, and active tasks.
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to work as part of a team.
- Able to work weekends and rotating schedule.
- Previous experience in animal care is an advantage, but training will be provided.
- Positive attitude and genuine care for animal welfare are essential.
