Requirements -Positive attitude, able to work independently and as part of the supporting team, good interpersonal skills. -Adaptive to change and provide solutions in meeting new challenges. -Good problem solving skills -Fluent in English, Malay, optionally Mandarin. -Capable with AutoCAD, Sketchup, Lumion, Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft Office and Powerpoint. 2. Responsibility Assist the principal architect in;
- Feasibility studies from concept design to planning, 3D modelling, preparation for presentation and participate in meetings with clients. - Liaise with authority, suppliers and contractors. - Prepare and issuance of letter & certificate at different stages. and others
