**MUST HAVE**: At least 1 domain experience in retail banking OR wealth banking OR private banking OR insurance.

**Functional**: Proven track record as an outstanding analyst or consultant (12+ Yrs)
Overall financial services industry knowledge with specific functional expertise
Extensive experience of using multiple analysis techniques in a change environment, with a mix of business, operations and technology focused projects
Experience of business case development and a sound understanding of how design enablers underpin business benefits
Advanced Business analysis, requirements gathering and design techniques
Proven track record as an outstanding analyst, consultant (8+Yrs)
Extensive experience gathering requirements and conducting design activity, with a mix of business, operations and technology focused projects
Exposure to business case development and a sound understanding of how design enablers underpin business benefits
Excellent decision making and problem solving ability
Experience gathering requirements, process re-engineering or conducting design activity (6+ Yrs)
Exposure to change implementation activity
Some experience of data analysis and interpretation.
Good verbal and written communication skills
must come with strong business acumen, ability to convince, confident and must be able to roll up sleeves and run requirements workshops.
BA roles should come with some PM experience.
