To carry out various coordinating and documentation works in within the Warehouse & Logistics Department

Job Responsibilities:

- Ensure the implementation of the Company EHS Policy for the prevention of injury, damage or loss to Company personnel and resources.
- Adhere to the risk assessment controls identified.
- Not interfere or misuse any equipment supplied.
- Maintain equipment supplied for carrying out work tasks including daily maintenance where appropriate.
- Use personal protective equipment supplied in accordance with site risk assessments and site rules.
- Attend any suitable training to ensure that they are competent to perform their duties safely.
- Comply with any rules specific to a particular site and any Company wide health, safety or environmental requirements.
- Report any injuries, unsafe acts or conditions to line managers.
- Performing Outbound post goods issue (PGI) In SAP system
- Preparing weekly unshipped report and share with customers and customer services team
- Calculate Numbers of containers required and notified customers / customer appointed agent
- Coordinate the container and trucking booking
- Track the movement our outbound shipment/consignment and regularly update
- Performing reversal process in SAP system for any order cancellation
- Preparing AOC (CIPL) and share this docs with forwarding agent and customers including other shipping docs
- Liaise with authorities for any related logistics docs required by customers (e,g FTA, COO, Heat Treatment certificate, etc)
- Respond to customers logistics inquiries
- Coordinate and work with warehouse team on loading and stuffing works prioritization
- Filing and Admin docs works

Knowledge/ experience/ skills required
- Education required
- SPM/ Certificates/ Diploma
- Experience required
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in similar job functions
- License/Certification required
- No
- Other skills required
- Ability to show attention to detail, Good command in spoken & written English and Bahasa Malaysia
