**Job Details**:
**Project Implementation and Product Management**
- To participate and perform the full cycle of project implementation, from the planning stage to completion, post-implementation support, and documentation to the clients.
- Managing content development.
- Performing financial analyses.
- Document business processes and conducting product training for client users and facilitate user testing.

**Helpdesk Support**
- Providing support and resolved clients’ queries and problem.
- Supporting business development activities.

**Pre-sales**
- To provide professional consulting services to the clients on Company’s products and services.

**General**
- Teamwork - to consistently demonstrate actions (e.g. knowledge sharing, helping each other to meet project timeline, sense of urgency) to increase the teamwork with all team members.
- To continuously keep abreast of product and industry knowledge with alert on the latest technological advancements to provide leadership to cross-functional teams when necessary.
- To perform other duties at the discretion of the superior and/ or the management.

**Requirements**:

- Possesses Bachelor’s Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of working experience in a related field.
- A strong understanding of IT infrastructure and security.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- Previous experience in ERP implementation and configuration
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or vendor-related environment will be considered an added advantage

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
