**Position**: Drink Maker (Barista)
**Working Hours**:

- 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM
- Closed on Thursdays

**Responsibilities**

**1. Beverage Preparation**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including coffee, tea, juices, and specialty drinks according to standardized recipes and guest preferences.
- Ensure that all drinks are prepared to the highest quality standards and are visually appealing.

**2. Customer Service**:

- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and answering any questions they may have about the menu.

**3. Inventory Management**:

- Monitor and manage inventory levels of beverage supplies and ingredients.
- Conduct regular stock checks and place orders for supplies as needed to ensure availability of all necessary ingredients.
- Minimize waste and manage resources efficiently.

**4. Equipment Maintenance**
- Ensure that all beverage-making equipment is clean, well-maintained, and in proper working order.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs to the supervisor promptly.

**5. Sanitation and Hygiene**:

- Maintain a clean and organized beverage preparation area at all times.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures.
- Ensure that all drinks are prepared in a clean and sanitary environment.

**6. Collaboration**:

- Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:
a. High school diploma or equivalent.
b. Previous experience as a barista or drink maker is preferred.
c. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
d. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
e. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
