Responsibilities:

- Evaluate and assess patients' physical, mental, and emotional abilities to determine their specific needs and goals.
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on patients' conditions, goals, and abilities to promote independence and functional improvement.
- Provide therapeutic interventions and techniques to help patients develop, regain, or enhance their daily living skills and activities.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, such as physicians, nurses, and speech therapists, to coordinate patient care and ensure comprehensive treatment.
- Monitor and document patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed and maintaining accurate and detailed records.
- Educate patients and their families about therapy techniques, exercises, and strategies for optimizing daily activities and routines.
- Recommend adaptive equipment, assistive devices, and home modifications to facilitate patients' independence and safety.
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in occupational therapy practices and continuously enhance clinical skills through professional development.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Freelance

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
