Pharmacy Technician

**Curie Oncology KL** is looking for motivated and hands on pharmacy assistants to assist in the provision of safe and effective use of medications with a focus on Chemotherapy.

Experience and talent for CDR (Cytotoxic Drug Reconstitution) is an advantage.

Good communication and counseling skills with patients to explain drug programs and medication is an advantage

Relevant working areas include, but are not limited to the dispensary, day care, in-patient, out-patient, and pharmacy store as well as the aseptic dispensing cytotoxic drug reconstitution, quality assurance monitoring procedures and cleanroom maintenance.

**Responsibilities**:

- Carries out dispensing and accuracy checks, aseptic and cytotoxic dispensing
- Assists with pharmacy inventory management
- Assists with management of patient assisted programs

Qualifications and knowledge requirements
- Diploma in Pharmacy or equivalent recognized qualification
- Aseptic dispensing course certification is an advantage
- Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
- On-site training will be provided

Location: Bangsar South

Operation hours:
Mon - Fri: 8:30am - 5:30pm

Saturdays: 8:30am - 1:00pm
