Technician Execution

**KEY JOB OBJECTIVES**

To participate and execute daily maintenance activities as per instructions & plan from both Methods Department & Production Department; monitor & report the execution plan.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- **Functional (Job Responsibilities)**:_
- To provide feedback on daily work progress via direct reporting to executive in charge or through the whatsapp chatgroup “Mechanical-Operation “
- To support in all breakdown maintenance jobs by working together with external contractors and report the job status.
- To feedback to Engineers or Planners for the stock level position based on the EPICOR Material Issue Note & to ensure all execution jobs are well prepared with sufficient spare parts.
- To ensure 100% inspection by job request basis from respective area executive during the shift duty and to provide feedback.
- To ensure all planned job is done within stipulated time frame & feedback the challenges if schedule is not met.
- To participate on the RCA meeting for the unplanned stoppages as per RCA Guideline and to provide input and feedback.
- Strictly adhere to the Budget for Mechanical Department, optimize the usage for the scrap metals or repaired items and to minimize unnecessary spending.
- To do all unscheduled and non-routine jobs as instructed by respective area executive.
- To support plant 5S Program.

**KEY REQUIREMENTS**
- Must be willing to work at **Gopeng, Perak**.
- Have at least 2-3 years working experience in a heavy industry.
- To have passion and diligence on the job.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
