We are seeking an experienced Clastic Sedimentology Specialist to lead and foster Geophysics & Geology (G&G) integrated Quantitative Interpretation (QI) and Multiphysics solutions. In this role, you will:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Lead and implement G&G studies, especially in QI, to support prospect maturation and full field review for our assets

Provide technical assurance for QI workflows, geophysical data acquisition, and processing to ensure data quality

Lead technology review and implementation of QI and Multiphysics solutions to enhance our global competitiveness

Drive the development of a competent team and enhance staff capabilities in high-performance delivery

**Requirements**:
B.Sc. in Geophysics, Geology, Physics, or Applied Mathematics; Advanced degree (M.Sc. or Ph.D.) preferred

Minimum 15 years of experience in the upstream oil and gas industry

Expert user of industry-standard QI technology (e.g., Jason, Hampson-Russell) and seismic interpretation software (e.g., Petrel, Decision Space, Paleoscan, GeoTeric)

Extensive knowledge and experience in Seismic Petrophysics and Rock Physics
