**Job Summary**

The Assistant Architect - BIM Specialist will play a crucial role in integrating Building Information Modeling (BIM) into the architectural design process. This position requires proficiency in BIM software, a strong understanding of architectural principles, and the ability to collaborate effectively with project teams to deliver high-quality BIM models and documentation.

**Key Responsibilities**

Assist in creating detailed architectural designs and construction documents using BIM software such as Revit, ArchiCAD, or similar tools.

Generate 3D models, renderings, and visualizations to support design presentations and client meetings.

Produce technical drawings, schedules, and specifications directly from BIM models

Ensure BIM models are accurate, consistent, and adhere to project standards.

Collaborate with senior architects and other stakeholders to integrate BIM into the design process.

**Qualifications**

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.

1-3 years of experience in architectural design and BIM implementation.

**Technical Skills required**:
Liaise with local authorities and councils to secure necessary permits and approvals.

Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, ArchiCAD, or similar tools.

Strong understanding of BIM standards, protocols, and best practices.

Ability to create and manage complex BIM models and generate construction documentation.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
