We are now **HIRING** seeking an intern to assist at our operational support office in Melaka in the IT & desktop support job function.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Provide IT and desktop support to staff, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Assist in the setup, maintenance, and repair of computer systems and other IT equipment.
- Perform routine checks and preventive maintenance on IT systems.
- Assist in managing and updating IT documentation and inventory.
- Provide support for network and server management tasks.
- Handle ad-hoc IT assignments as required by the immediate supervisor.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 months internship with the company, preferably starting in January 2025.
- Willing to work at Melaka.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.

**Job Types**: Internship

Pay: RM500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
