We’re currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as **Officer, Cash Domestic Payment - Hybrid (**Internal Job Title**:Cash & Trade Proc Mgr - C12**) based in Kuala Lumpur**,** Malaysia. Coverage varies by country. - Citi provides access to an array of learning and development resources to help broaden and deepen your skills and knowledge as your career progresses. **Responsibilities**: - Manage a team size of 8 to 10 staffs. The team is responsible to ensure payments are processed accordance with BNM Foreign Exchange Policy and perform Regulatory Reporting of Cash BOP reporting. - Work closely and partnership with internal stakeholder to support any enquiry with regards to FEP process and BOP reporting. - Response to client enquiry with regards to FEP and BOP requirement. - Review service quality, production systems, and client reporting within cash operations - Analyze complex and variable issues to resolve issues and ensure team deliverables meet performance and quality expectations - Recommend quality reviews of cash management services, production systems, and client reporting - Manage performance, identify areas of development/training and make recommendations for pay increases, promotions, terminations, hiring, etc. of team - Contribute to planning, budget management and formulation of procedures - Serve as backup to the Cash and Trade Operations Senior Manager **Qualifications**: - 5-8 years of experience in a related Foreign Exchange Policy Operation and Cash balance of Payment reporting management role - Proven experience in creating and implementing processes that result in improved business performance - Effective verbal and written communication and analytical skills **Education**: - Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience This job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
