**Internship for Route Analyst (For IT/Business Student)**

MYR 800 + Free Daily Lunch Meals

Kuala Lumpur

We are looking for a hungry and enthusiastic messaging intern, so if you’re hungry to learn, and have a passion for messaging - we want you At Elfo, you’ll be treated as a full member of the messaging team (A2P Messaging Services) under sales and bulk SMS department and get hands-on experience working across multiple channels of SMS/ Messaging.

During your time here, you will learn everything there is about A2P messaging industry and how the industry has been improving your daily activities. You will also get to know key player in the industry which operates worldwide as you liaise with them. **Elfo Sdn Bhd** is a subsidiary company of **Forest Interactive Sdn Bhd**.

**As an A2P Messaging Intern, you will get to**:

- 100% exposure to A2P messaging industry and how it works.
- Understand the mechanism of A2P messaging while contributing to the growing technologies of A2P messaging industry including other communication channel e.g: WhatsApp, VoIP etc.
- Build a strong foundation and knowledge of niche market which is an all-time high demand across the globe.
- Opportunities to engage aggressively with global clients/ providers via chat messaging platform and participate in meeting whenever necessary.
- Opportunities to work closely with network operators and its technical team such as Celcom, Digi, Maxis etc.
- Manages Elfo product, specifically Bulk SMS segment including address issues arise from client/ provider.
- Involves on all the process flow from converting leads, engage with clients, testing progress, procurement/ legal activities, and start live traffic.
- Involve on creative, ideas, brainstorming of Bulk SMS campaign.
- Performs daily testing for new routes (Intern will be able to learn new technical skills on routing).
- Involves in route management, analysis and reporting on daily basis and ad hoc tasks.

**Requirement**:

- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT, or relevant courses.
- Good command of the English language.
- High passion and desire to learn more about A2P messaging industry and the technical flow.
- Basic technical knowledge in telecommunication industry is preferable.
- Excellent knowledge of routing system would be an added advantage.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and also collaborate with a diverse team.
- A mix of creative and analytical thinking abilities.
- Able to multi-task, proactive and meticulous.
- Strong sense of urgency when it comes to solve the problem and deal with clients.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3-6 months

**Salary**: RM800.00 per month
