Klang, Malaysia UC BLASTING & PAINTING SDN BHD Full time

Working hours are Monday-Saturday 8am-5pm, with daily toolbox meeting at 7:30am.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Inspect blasting and painting activities on oil & gas structures for compliance with client specifications.
- Monitor environmental conditions (humidity, temperature, dew point) and surface profile requirements.
- Ensure correct paint systems are used, mixed, and applied as per manufacturer's specifications.
- Measure and document Dry Film Thickness (DFT) and other key coating parameters.
- Detect and report coating defects such as holidays, runs, sags, and pinholes.
- Maintain accurate inspection records and communicate findings with the team.
- Ensure safety and environmental compliance during all blasting and coating operations.

**Qualifications**:

- NACE/IMM Level 2 certification
- 3+ years of experience in blasting and painting inspection in oil and gas projects.
- Strong knowledge of coating standards and inspection techniques relevant to offshore and onshore environments.

**Key Skills**:

- Familiar with all QC inspection tools and standards.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, paint specifications, and QA/QC procedures.
- Strong reporting and communication skills.
- Commitment to safety and environmental standards in oil and gas settings.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
