Despatch Office Boy

_**Responsibilities**:_
- To assist in daily general office operation matters - sending of documents or collecting documents from various parties, purchase of essential items for office consumption.
- To ensure all items are delivered accurately to customers on time.
- Conduct spot checks at production branches to ensure smooth operations, compliance, snap photos and report in the relevant group.
- Collect and maintain workers’ data such as which production team they belong to, and hostel room assignments (who stays in which room).
- Assist in updating and monitoring the daily production job tasks via the designated WhatsApp group
- Issue Purchase Requisition (PR) forms for items required, search or check unit prices before issuing PR, and deliver the purchased items to the relevant person or department, based on approval.
- To assist in daily banking-related matters.
- To perform any other duties as required by the Management.
- **Job Requirements**:_
- Possess basic computer knowledge.
- Must have valid and active B2 & D driving license.
- Responsible, honest and can work in groups.
- Able to interact with different level of people
- Able to drive.
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
