**Job Summary**
We are looking for an experienced Spa Manager to oversee the daily operations of our spa. The role includes managing staff, ensuring top-quality service in massage, manicure & pedicure, waxing, head spa, and hair removal treatments, while driving customer satisfaction and business growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily spa operations and ensure smooth service delivery.
- Supervise, train, and motivate therapists, receptionists, and support staff.
- Maintain service standards for massage, manicure/pedicure, head spa, and hair removal treatments.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with safety standards.
- Manage client bookings, schedules, and spa software system.
- Monitor inventory, stock ordering, and equipment upkeep.
- Handle customer feedback, resolve complaints, and enhance client experience.
- Plan and execute promotions, marketing campaigns, and spa events.
- Track sales performance, prepare reports, and achieve monthly revenue targets.

**Requirements**:

- Advantages minimum 2 years of experience in spa, beauty, or wellness management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of spa treatments (massage, mani-pedi, head spa, waxing/laser hair removal).
- Sales-oriented with ability to achieve revenue goals.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to lead a team effectively.
