Surgical Sales Representative

Requirements
- Minimum three (3) years sales experience in MIS surgical device and consumables field
- Expert knowledge in the MIS surgical device and consumable segment.
- Possess a strong and established network of KOL MIS in Malaysia
- Strong experience in planning and executing sales strategy, with a proven record of accomplishment.
- Able to work in a fast-paced and sales-driven environment
- Effective presentation skills, proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Positive attitude and a team player.
- Ability to travel outstation is a must. Occasional work on weekends and work extra hours when necessary.

Job Responsibilities
- Attend procedures (surgeries) on time, provide appropriate technical recommendation to surgeons during surgery, as well as support and train scrub nurses on-site with technical knowledge on how to effectively use the products to ensure successful procedure.
- Promote range of company’s medical products to customers in both private and government hospitals. Achieve monthly sales target set by the company in a given territory.
- Territory management and sales call planning will be done with the manager every month/week depending on area.
- Promptly organize product presentations, live demonstrations, and workshop to surgeons, as well as OR nurses to ensure everyone is aware of how to use our product effectively.
- Continuous Medical Education (CME) shall be done every 6 months to educate and showcase existing/new products to the OR nurses.
- Develop and maintain the relationship between surgeons and nurses for sales growth opportunities.
- Generate new customer leads and expand existing customer base to increase sales revenue and profitability for the growth of the company.
- Commit to travel when the need arises.
- Follow up for collection of payment
