**About the Role**:

- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced.NET Web Application Technical Lead to join our dynamic team in a technical leadership role.
- This position combines hands-on software development with strategic leadership, team supervision, and agile project management.

**Responsibilities**:

- Liaise with internal stakeholders, product managers, and UI/UX designers to understand business requirements and transform them into scalable solutions.
- Architect solutions that are robust, maintainable, and aligned with strategic business goals.
- Ensure consistency and usability through responsive and accessible UI design, to ensure a seamless user experience across various devices.
- Build and maintain efficient and scalable server-side logic and services.
- Develop secure APIs and integrate third-party systems and services.
- Provide architectural guidance on microservices, RESTful APIs, and data-driven backend processes.
- Design, manage, and optimise database schemas and stored procedures.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior and mid-level developers.
- Conduct code reviews, provide feedback, and encourage best practices.
- Implement testing strategies to ensure high-quality code delivery.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with expertise in.NET Core/.NET 6+ and C#.
- Strong front-end development skills using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks such as Angular, React, or Blazor.
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs and secure web service integration.
- Proficiency in SQL Server or other RDBMS; experience with database design and optimization.
- Experience leading cloud-based solutions on Azure or AWS.
- Familiarity with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proficiency with version control (e.g., Git) and agile tools (e.g., Jira, Azure Boards).
- This position is open to Malaysians only.
