- Encourage viewer engagement through comments, likes, and shares.
- Track video performance metrics, such as views, watch time, and engagement.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, and other team members to create cohesive multimedia content.
- Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.

**; Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, multimedia or any related field.
- Strong passion for business and a desire to pursue a career in management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data effectively.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
