Payroll Analyst

**Job Duties**:
1. Closely monitor of payroll calendar to ensure completion of payroll processes systematically and timely manner.
2. Process monthly payroll of major clients with complex payroll elements.
3. Responsible to perform final analytical reviews of payroll transaction to identify errors and drive compliance to payroll guidelines before submission of payroll report to client.
4. Ensure payroll report complies with all statutory requirements and to keep abreast of current legislation.
5. Verify all pay related reports and GL /Costing summary prepared by BPO Officer according to scheduled timelines
6. Ensure all queries on payroll related issue are tracked, monitored & resolved promptly to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
7. Provide coaching and monitor of Junior team member performance to ensure client requirement & payroll policies are fully understood and applied.
**Education**:
**Experience**:
1. At least 2-3 years working experience in payroll processing.
2. Conversant in local employment laws and related statutory regulations.
3. Experience in a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Industry is an added advantage.
4. Other:
- Strong calculation/ analytical skills.
- Good communication skills and writing skills.
- Client management experience.
- Be a self-motivated and result-oriented individual.
- Able to work efficiently on tight dateline.
- Strong work ethic and team player.
- Ability to balance priorities to achieve results.
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
