**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- To develop and propose marketing and advertising programs for each of the assets marked for such activities by the relevant Asset Manager(s).
- To have orderly and consistent tenancy negotiation processes and to secure the best terms of each tenancy for the Client.
- To utilize pre-approved standard templates such as Letter of Offer and Tenancy Agreement documents, in preparing the necessary documentation.
- To assess the financial viability of and credit history of each tenant signing a new Tenancy Agreement or a renewal and to determine what, if any, security should be posted.
- To administer, track, and process a tenancy from tenant's signature to placement of a fully executed tenancy.
- To accurately track prospects and the financial details of the leasing activity each month.
- To assist Asset Managers and Property Management teams in other matters relating to tenancies.
- To engage with third party real estate agents to market the asset and attend to their enquiries.
- To conduct site visits with potential tenants, or arrange for a representative from the building management of outstation assets to conduct the site visits.
- To be informed on changes in the law and market, and convey these to all stakeholders.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Preferably those have experience in Leasing
- Can start immediately will be added advantage

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
