**Role Purpose**

**Main Responsibilities**

**Business Acumen**
- Driver must conduct load and unload products from/to truck.
- Driver must work or familiar with grocery supermarket goods handling.
- Ensure the things have safely arrived at the destinations.
- Perform delivery tasks on time based on schedule and superior.
- Perform all store activities such as receiving and inspecting incoming goods and issuing goods.
- Obeying the rules of the road and following company safety regulations.
- Finding the quickest and safest route to your destination.
- Completing travel logs.
- Following accident procedures.
- Reporting any accidents or delays.
- Conducting minor roadside repairs on the lorry.

**People**
- Good time management, organizational and coordination skills.
- Work closely with other teams within organization.
- Positive working attitude and good health.
- Trustworthy, punctual, honest, possess safe driving skills & good attendance record.

**Process**
- Plan and follow the most efficient route to ensure timely deliveries.
- Overseeing the loading and offloading of goods.
- Inspect the lorry before and after each trip to ensure its safety and report any issues to the supervisor.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the lorry by regularly cleaning it.
- Safely transporting goods to and from distribution centres.
- And any ad-hoc jobs assigned from time to time.

**Requirement**:

- At least 3 years’ experience.
- Willing to travel between Klang Valley, Johor Bahru and Penang outlets.
- Willing to work overtime.
- Ability to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed.
- Good command in English and Malay.
