**The Role: Supply Line Manager**
The core purpose is the mission of the job
Supply Line Manager is primarily responsible as a factory enabler to deliver a proactive and predictive supply line performance to the production plants.
- Collaborates, partners, and synergizes with cross-functional and cross-level stakeholders including but not limited to Operations, Planning, Production, Business Units, Quality and Finance, to render efficient solutions on materials management and drive supply chain solutions.

**In this role you will**:

- Facilitates upstream value propositions and support business partners within divisions to augment growth.
- Prioritizes on agility, precision on inventory optimization and availability, and position as Single Point Of Contact to factory on material requirements and dynamics of demand changes.
- Manages on supplier performance with business reviews and partner with category managers to improve supplier delivery performance and reduce lead-times.
- Aligns with the procurement team proactively to ensure uninterrupted supply to factory needs.
- Defines, implements, and drives inventory strategies to mitigate demand fluctuations and New Product Introduction roadmap changes including risks of purchases in anticipation of last time buy and end of product life.
- Subject matter expert of inventory management with high-level analytics capabilities and division operation domain knowledge.
- Identifies, standardizes, and develops processes/tools to continuously improve the efficiency and effectiveness of best-in-class raw material inventory management.
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field.
- At least Five (5) years’ experience in supply chain management; specifically, in procurement, supplier

sourcing or management, logistics and distribution, material and/or materials management.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kulim: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- SAP Supply Chain Management: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
