Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to maximize business opportunities.
- Identify and secure new corporate accounts, group bookings, and event business.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and contracts in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct regular sales calls, hotel visits, and presentations to prospective clients.
- Work closely with the marketing team to implement promotions and campaigns to boost occupancy and revenue.
- Coordinate with the Front Office, Reservations, and F&B teams to ensure client requirements are met.
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, networking events, and client entertainment functions to represent the hotel.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management review.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as set by the Sales Manager/Director.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with company standards and relevant legislation.

Qualification Requirements:

- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel sales or hospitality-related sales (preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Excellent customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Pleasant personality, well-groomed, and professional in appearance.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
- Bahasa (preferred)
- Mandarin (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 50% (preferred)
