Machinist (Polishing)

- Work in accordance with safety standard operating procedure
- Perform inspection and maintenance for polishing equipment (polisher, ultrasound)
- Execute work according to process requirement and polishing requirement from fitter, accomplish polishing
- Work for new mould and mould modification parts, ensure qualified quality
- Accomplish electrode polishing work according to EDM requirements
- Arrange work piece according to PMC production schedule plan
- Work in accordance with polishing tolerance standard of work piece and electrode
- Conduct SAP timesheet after accomplishing polishing
- Create workpiece processing record in accordance with company requirements
- Execute tasks arranged by department supervisor
- Accomplish ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior
- **Job Requirements**:_
- Academic Requirement of SPM or above
- Possess 3 years of relevant working experience
- Has mould related knowledge
- Mirror finishing and remove marks for whole set of mould according to sample
- Accomplish roughing, polish sand paper and mirror finishing of whole set of mould
- Tooling department organizational structure and functional
- Induction Training Form
- Creativity, execution ability, teamwork ability, learning ability
- Responsible, hardworking, active, patient and meticulous

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
