Semtech is a supplier of semiconductor solutions for Circuit protection, high speed communication, wireless connectivity, personal sensing and cloud services. The senior FAE Central Europe is embedded in the European sales team.**Job Summary**Responsibilities**
- Support management team with developing and implementing systems for collecting, analysing, verifying, and reporting financial information.
- Achieve accounting operational objectives by contributing accounting information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality; resolving problems; identifying trends; determining system improvements; and implementing change.
- Meets accounting financial objectives by forecasting requirements, Support FPA team with annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analysing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
- Monitoring revenue and expenses; coordinating the collection, consolidation, and evaluation of financial data; and preparing special reports.
- Strive for greater business efficiency and process optimisation.
- Identify areas of potential improvements in existing processes and/or assist in the implementation of changes that lead to increased business efficiency and improved effectiveness of processes.
- Analysis and presentation of financial information to drive value-add decision-making.

**Minimum Qualifications**
- 5+ years of total experience with over 3 years of experience working for a multinational company.
- A Bachelor’s degree in either accounting/finance, business/commerce and/or previous financial reporting experience.
- CPA or related finance experience considered an asset
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proven knowledge of accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulation.
- Advanced computer skills MS office, SAP knowledge and experience is a must
- Proven working experience as Accounting Manager/Supervisor or Finance Manager.
- Organizational skills.
