**Key Responsibilities**
- Involved in maintaining and developing software, working on both/either frontend and backend, throughout the entire development cycle.
- Building GraphQL/RESTful APIs and integrating with backend services.
- Design and implement database schemas using technologies such as MySQL, MongoDB or other relevant databases.

- The role will involve programming in **ReactJS** / **NodeJS** / **GoLang**.
- Pleasant personality, proactive, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Willing and excited to learn and explore new technologies.
- Strong self-discipline and ability to work autonomously and remotely with mínimal supervision.

** Please note**
- This is remote internship without **allowance**. Interns will have online meetings weekly to discuss tasks, workflow, and necessary updates.
- The successful Interns will receive a **reference letter** and be entitled to a project-based position with at the end of the internship if they meet the KPIs and achieve the company's expectations.
- **Project-based positions** are eligible for a commission based on successful project outcomes, company, and/or individual performance, set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings from the prior year.

**Internship program**

The internship program offers a comprehensive learning experience environment. Interns are expected to work independently, demonstrating initiative and resourcefulness in finding solutions to assigned tasks and challenges. The program is structured in the following stages:
1. **First Phase: Study** - Interns will independently engage with provided Udemy courses to build foundational knowledge, fostering self-directed learning.

2. **Second Phase: Assessment** - Assignments designed to evaluate understanding and problem-solving abilities will be assigned, to be completed within specified deadlines.
