2. Plan and prepare lesson plan and instructional materials for both conventional and e-Teaching & Learning (eTnL) teaching.
3. Prepare, evaluate, and assess students’ coursework, assignments, projects, presentations, and relevant assigned tasks.
4. Monitor and report students’ progress to their respective parent(s)/guardian(s) and provide guidance to improve students’ learning performance when required.
5. Responsible for classroom management and students’ discipline.
6. Create a positive learning environment using creative classroom activities to motivate continuous progress among students.
7. Work collaboratively with Head of Department (HoD) to plan and coordinate assigned tasks.
8. Represent Melaka International School by supporting special assignments, ad hoc tasks, and other activities relevant to the school’s goals and objectives.
9. Perform any other duties as reasonably instructed by Management from time to time.
