Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing financial models and valuation analyses for investment projects or business proposals.
- Support due diligence work: gathering data, preparing financial and operational information for internal review.
- Aid in preparing forecasts, budgets, and business case documentation for proposed investments or capital expenditures.
- Contribute to the assessment of return on investment (ROI), payback period, net present value (NPV) and internal rate of return (IRR).
- Help monitor and report on investment performance: compare actuals vs forecasts, highlight variances.
- Assist with financial reporting and management reporting: monthly, quarterly, or ad-hoc as required.
- Assist in cash flow projections, liquidity planning, and funding needs.
- Support compliance and documentation related to investment and financial transactions.
- Participate in market research, competitor benchmarking, and industry trends relevant to Medivest’s prospective investments or strategic decisions.
- Prepare presentation materials, slides, summaries, etc., for senior management or investment committees.
- Collaborate with finance, operations and other departments on investment-related tasks.
- Undertake ad-hoc tasks / special projects as assigned within corporate finance or investment department.

Skills & Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Diploma/Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- Strong analytical skills; comfortable with numbers, financial metrics, and basic modelling.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required; ability to build basic models / forecasts preferred.
- Good understanding of financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow).
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to present financial information clearly.
- Attention to detail; organized; able to work under supervision but also take initiative.
- Ability to multitask and handle deadlines.
- Interest in investment, corporate finance, business strategy.
