Job description:
**1. Calibration Services**

1.1 Perform calibration of a wide range of instruments, including but not limited to, pressure, temperature, electrical, and dimensional equipment.

1.2 Ensure calibration processes meet ISO standards and other relevant industry regulations.

1.3 Document calibration results and prepare calibration certificates for clients.

**2. Equipment Maintenance**

2.1 Conduct routine maintenance on calibration instruments to ensure accuracy and proper function.

2.2 Identify faults in equipment and carry out repairs or recommend replacement.

3. **Verification and Documentation**

3.1 Verify the accuracy of equipment and instruments against calibration standards.

3.2 Maintain detailed records of calibration results and ensure proper documentation of all services provided.

3.3 Prepare reports and provide recommendations based on calibration results.

**4. Customer Service**

4.1 Assist clients in troubleshooting and resolving equipment issues related to calibration.

4.2 Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding calibration procedures and practices.

**5. Compliance and Quality Control**

5.1 Adhere to all safety protocols and quality standards when performing calibrations.

5.2 Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including ISO/IEC 17025, ANSI, and other industry standards.

5.3 Participate in internal audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality systems.

**6. Inventory Management**

6.1 Monitor inventory levels of calibration standards, tools, and consumables, and assist in ordering new equipment as needed.

6.2 Ensure calibration tools and instruments are calibrated and maintained according to established schedules.

**7. Continuous Improvement**

7.1 Keep up to date with new calibration technologies, techniques, and standards.

7.2 Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical knowledge and skills.

Education Requirement:
SKM or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or a related field or equivalent hands-on experience.

Work Experient:

- 1 - 2 years of working experience in a calibration laboratory or related technical field.
- Experience in automated calibration systems and calibration software.
- Familiarity with ISO/IEC 17025 standards and laboratory quality systems.
- Experienced and willing to conduct onsite calibrations at client facilities.
- Able to troubleshoot equipment issues and provide practical solutions.

**Knowledge, Skills and Ability**:

- Awareness of safety protocols and procedures in a laboratory or field environment.
- Physical ability to handle instruments, stand for extended periods, and occasionally lift equipment.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for diagnosing equipment issues.
- Good organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Pay: From RM2,100.00 per month
