**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the daily financial operations of the company and ensure that financial reports are accurate, timely, and in compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
- Manage, lead, and develop a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high-performance standards.
- Review and manage financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and other financial documents.
- Perform monthly financial reporting, variance analysis, and ensure the accuracy of all financial data.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, auditing requirements, and internal controls.
- Coordinate and collaborate with external auditors during audits and ensure smooth and efficient audit processes.
- Provide financial analysis and strategic insights to senior management for informed decision-making.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the organization’s growth and business objectives.
- Supervise cash flow management, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and other financial functions.

**Key Requirements**:

- A recognized member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) or equivalent professional body.
- Proven experience in managing financial operations, budgets, and leading a finance team.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire, motivate, and guide a team of finance professionals.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in financial reporting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior management and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in AutoCount accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in auditing or having worked in an audit firm is highly preferred.
- Young, energetic, and eager to grow in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- A proactive and results-driven individual with a passion for financial excellence.
