Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Driver to join our team. The Driver will be responsible for transporting employees, clients, and goods as needed, while adhering to safety protocols and maintaining the highest standards of service.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely transport executives, clients, and goods to various destinations, including airports, meetings, and events, in a timely manner.
Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of company vehicles, conducting regular inspections and reporting any issues promptly.
Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures, to ensure safe and responsible driving practices.
Assist passengers with loading and unloading luggage or other items as required, providing assistance and ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the journey.
Maintain a professional and courteous demeanour at all times, representing Lotus Group positively to clients and the public.
Coordinate with relevant departments to schedule transportation services efficiently, taking into account business needs and priorities.
Monitor vehicle fuel consumption and expenses, keeping accurate records and reporting as necessary.
Qualifications:
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a professional driver, preferably in a corporate or hospitality environment.
Familiarity with local roads, traffic patterns, and landmarks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
Reporting Structure: The Driver will report directly to the Manager at Lotus Group.
