F&b Server

**Role Description**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen and bar.
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Provide menu information and make recommendations when appropriate.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any service issues promptly and professionally.

**Key Requirements**
- Previous experience in F&B service, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
- Good knowledge of food and beverage menus.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, nights, and public holidays.
- Applicants must be Malaysian citizens.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
