- ¬Monitor the energy on power levels, and make adjustments to maintain required levels ï
- ¬Teach all the employees how to installing and repairing electrical control systems, equipment, complex functioning from the technical blueprint and how to manage, maintain, inspect and track all the power station company machines is effectively ï
- ¬Teach how to control the retrieval of machines, receive and process Requests for Information, from employees or clients and maintain the requests via tracking logs. ï
- ¬Perform or arrange for analysis, test or repairs in needed, such as complete overhauls, replacement of defective Thermal, Steam Turbine, and fabrication of new parts. ï
- ¬Operate or tend maintain of electrical control systems, equipment, complex functioning from the technical blueprint, auxiliary energy such as pumps, compressors and oversea equipment, in order to supply and maintain steam or heat for power station, and pneumatic tools specifications, approvals and related items according to the correct voltage ï
- ¬Do Testing to all the Electrical Equipment that have been installed and inspect before operate the machine to stabilize before handing it to main project ï
- ¬Carry out the test and issue the Electrical Equipment operation certificates ï
- ¬Install, maintain and repair electrical equipment systems ï
- ¬Perform general electrical maintenance ï
- ¬Inspect transformers and circuit breakers and other electrical components ï
- ¬Troubleshoot electrical issues using appropriate of testing devices ï
- ¬Repair and replace equipment, electrical wiring, or fixtures ï
- ¬Follow National Electrical Code state and local building regulations ï
- ¬Good knowledge of heating and air conditioning systems. ï
- ¬Good knowledge of various test equipment.Provide assistance with equipment performance troubleshooting as requested/required. ï
- ¬Provide analysis of failed equipment to determine and eliminate cause(s). ï
- ¬Advise and review repairs and modifications to electrical and instrumentation equipment. ï
- ¬Establish and maintain instrument calibration program including the calibration and PM database. ï
- ¬Responsible for maintaining records on a variety of maintenance activities which may include: breaker/electrical gear maintenance, motor/gearbox, instrumentation, VFD's, etc. /General electrical repair and maintenance as needed including replacing fuses, light bulbs, motor controls, switches, etc. ï
- ¬Perform minor electrical repairs such as repairing light fixtures and changing ballast, repairing cords and emergency lighting repair.
