Do you want to be part of the **JBM SUCCESS SDN BHD** family? We are looking for a **SALES ASSISTANT** who is able to provide commitment by following the company's Standard operating procedures. We are looking for temporary employees for the position. However, if you perform well during the temporary employment period, you will be offered a full -time job depending on the company’s assessment.

**Responsibilities:

- Sales Tasks**
- To support day-to-day operational activities such as order processing, coordination of delivery scheduling and administrative tasks.
- To handle incoming Sales Order Processing and follow up delivery status of order by referring of Trello.
- Liaise with production.
- To prepare and consolidated Sales Report, and any other relevant report which as and when required. This is includes of keeping track of any pending order.
- To support administration, coordination and service support and any other task that are assigned as and when required in order to meet company’s objectives.
- To maintain proper filling of customers order for Sales Team.
- Ensure the working place is clean and tidy at all times
- Execute sales and business plan for new potential customers.
- Develop sales plans and strategies to meet or exceed sale targets.
- 6days work per week.

**Criteria needed**
- Determined to succeed and goal driven
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- High level of interest in retail will be a privilege
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Minimum 1 years working experience in retail sales / Marketing.
- Good communication in Bahasa & English.
- Positive working attitude with teamwork spirit.
- Customer service oriented and sales driven.
- Education: Minimum SPM holder and above

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,700.00 per month
