About the role We are seeking a fresh graduate or those with experience in Sales &Marketing to join our team at Star Qistna Express Sdn Bhd. It is a full time job with WFH opportunity. It is to maintain, update, resolve day to day operations of coach fleet and customer related issues. It includes learning our ticketing platform, managing customers issues, follow up trips with drivers and operations supervisor. What you'll be doing - Monitoring sales from ticketing platform. Update with drivers and passengers of bus details and trips. - Monitor gps and bus upkeep in book. - Reply, maintain and update customers /passengers every 30 minutes. - Update trip sales and costs into excel systems. - Able to predict sales graph based on revenue and demand. - Must be able to learn the ticketing system on short time with zero room for error. - Professional customer service skills in replying customers and drivers. What we're looking for - Fresh graduates/STPM or those with experience in Sales and Marketing - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and able to learn our own ticketing system - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills in cases involving day to day operations, driver operations, and sales target - Self-motivated, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Must be hard working and honest. - Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service - Must be able to work on peak period, weekends and certain public holidays - Able to enter Singapore when required.
